Pre-order and back-order items:
If one of your items was purchased as pre-order or back-order, we will ship your order once all the items become available. You may find a pre-order / back-order in the description of the product listing and on your order confirmation.

RosieBlue is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with shippings
- International Duties or Customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The express shipping carriers will be responsible once the package has been dispatched.
- Products marked delivered by Post Office/USPS/DHL according to tracking. You will need to contact your Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

If USPS Or DHL could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases your order will not be refunded. You will need to pay an additional $25 shipping and handling fee for the package re-send to you. 

Please note that your parcel will be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect. In this case, we have to wait for your parcel to be returned to us and then we can either re-ship the parcel to your correct address ( additional shipping charges apply ) or provide you with a refund' in line with our Return Policy.Orders made will need a processing time of 5-7 business days to handle. 

Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at customerservice@rosieblue.com as soon as you place your order.

 

Track Your Order:
Customers will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed which can take up to 48 hours.Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. 
Please note that, on rare occasions, orders may be delayed as a result of a slower than usual customs clearance.

               Order Fulfillment usually takes between 5-7 working days.

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours if you changed your mind, we can't issue a refund once your order had been processed after 24 hours

  • Items are still in transit can not be refunded.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • Our customer service team is putting 100% responsibility inspecting the items that are being send out to you in perfect conditions to avoid unnecessary issues.
  • Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, remain in its original condition.
