Return & Refund Policy

Overview:
  • Please note: Orders cannot be changed or modified after checkout. 
  • We accept returns of eligible items for refund to your original form of payment within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • For orders with free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of US$20 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to refund to your original form of payment. 
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued in 7 days once return orders delivered to us.

  • The Returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged in the original package.
  • Damage caused by the third party or customer's own responsibility can not be refunded.
  • We also offer partial refund on items might have some original parts missing, or miner damage that can be easily fixed on the customers end, please contact our customer service to solve the matter.
  • Customers return the item(s) without notifying us, is ineligible for any refunds.
  • Items are on sale can not be returned.
  • Jewelry, Handbags and Accessories can not be returned.
  • We do not accept returns if you chose the wrong sizes or colors, please make sure to contact our customer service if you have questions about sizing and colors.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • Our customer service team is putting 100% responsibility inspecting the items that are being send out to you in perfect conditions to avoid unnecessary issues.
  • Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, remain in its original condition.
  • Jewelry, Hand Bag and Accessories are non-returnable.
  • We do not accept return if you choose the wrong size or color, but we will try our best to help you to solve the problem.
  • Products with no quality-related issues can not be returned.
  • All returns are refunded to the original payment methods.
  • We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
  • We will not issue you a refund if we never receive the return package.
  • Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your items, insure your return package is recommended.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
