Shipping Rates & Handling Time:
Due to Covid-19, there may be a little delay in your shipment. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service via email: customerservice@rosieblue.com

At our on-line store, RosieBlue provides economic, standard and  express shipping methods and free shipping on orders over 150 USD, to best provide different choices based on our customer's needs.

Shipping costs and delivery time period vary by package weight and destination countries of region.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the check out page.

 

 

Pre-order and back-order items:
If one of your items was purchased as pre-order or back-order, we will ship your order once all the items become available. You may find a pre-order / back-order in the description of the product listing and on your order confirmation.

RosieBlue is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with shippings
- International Duties or Customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The express shipping carriers will be responsible once the package has been dispatched.
- Products marked delivered by Post Office/USPS/DHL according to tracking. You will need to contact your Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

If USPS Or DHL could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases your order will not be refunded. You will need to pay an additional $25 shipping and handling fee for the package re-send to you. 

Please note that your parcel will be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect. In this case, we have to wait for your parcel to be returned to us and then we can either re-ship the parcel to your correct address ( additional shipping charges apply ) or provide you with a refund' in line with our Return Policy.Orders made will need a processing time of 1-3 business days to handle. 

Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at customerservice@rosieblue.com as soon as you place your order.

 

Track Your Order:
Customers will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed which can take up to 48 hours.Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. 
Please note that, on rare occasions, orders may be delayed as a result of a slower than usual customs clearance.

               Order Fulfillment usually takes between 1-3 working days.

  • Please note that all shipping times are guidelines during Covid-19 Situation only, Almost ALL orders arrive EARLIER than the maximum estimated delivering time period. 
  • We have partnered with USPS/DHL for US customers and EMS/DHL postal services for worldwide customers.
  • Please expect a slight delay for public holiday orders.
